A. Six-year fixed-term Full Professor Positions in terms of Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)
Salary and Start-up package:
(1)Appointed as a fourth-level professor, given the qualification of doctoral supervisor, and the financial support for individuals and teams during the appointment period can reach 25-29 million RMB(about $3,530,000-$4,100,000);
(2)Individual salary and settlement benefits: a total of 6.4 million RMB(about $906,000) for six years, including 3.6 million RMB(about $509,000) salary (excluding scientific research performance) and 2.8 million RMB(about $396,000) housing allowance - Dalian Campus (in accordance with current national and provincial policies);
(3) Initial research funding of 3-7 million RMB(about $424,000-$990,000);
(4) Team building is given 1 associate professor +2 assistant professors +6 post-doctoral recruitment indicators; 4 doctoral candidates in the first 3 years (targeted special enrollment index).
二、教授/研究員
崗位條件:
在相關學術領域取得了同行專家認可的科研、技術等成果,具有廣闊的學術視野和創(chuàng)新思維,有成為該領域學術帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ瓌t上不超過40周歲。聘期內考核目標明確,具體標準可與學院聯(lián)系人咨詢。
福利待遇:
①全口徑工資50+萬/年(不含科研績效);
②安家費120萬(包括學校60萬,大連市30萬*,遼寧省30萬*),留連/來連工作并認定為大連市青年才俊,可申請安家費30萬*;博士后留連/來連工作并認定為“興遼英才計劃-博士后”,可獲30萬獎勵*;
③科研啟動費120萬,人文社科類60萬;
④提供實驗室及辦公空間等,具體情況一人一議;
⑤擇優(yōu)獲得“小米青年學者”人才基金資助,疊加津貼10萬/年(連續(xù)資助3年);
⑥前3年,每年保證2個博士后招收指標;
⑦通過博士生導師招生資格審核后,保障博士生招生指標(第1年為專項指標);

B. Six-year fixed-term Professor
Job Requirements
(1) DUT invites outstanding applicants from academia with recognized achievements, international academic vision, capabilities for innovation and high potential to become principal investigators in the field.
(2) The applicants are preferably under age 40.
(3) The appointee shall set clear goals for the performance appraisal during the term of the contract (Please contact the department contact persons for more detailed evaluation standards at the end of the webpage).
Salary and Start-up package
(1) 500,000 RMB (about $70,000) pre-tax annual salary (not including academic bonus).
(2) 1,200,000 RMB (about $169,000) of housing allowance (tax-exempt, including Liaoning and Dalian housing allowance from the government).
(3) 1,200,000 RMB (about $169,000) start-up funding.
(4) Funding for hiring six postdoctoral researchers .
(5) Fully furbished flat (available for 1-year lease) and amenities.
Additional Benefit

①全口徑工資45+萬/年(不含科研績效);
②安家費100萬(包括學校40萬,大連市30萬*,遼寧省30萬*),留連/來連工作并認定為大連市青年才俊,可申請安家費30萬*;博士后留連/來連工作并認定為“興遼英才計劃-博士后”,可獲30萬獎勵*;
③科研啟動費80萬,人文社科類40萬;

(1) The successful candidate will be expected to have influential research achievements in relevant fields, great potential for scientific innovation and breakthrough; and the applicants are preferably under age 35.

Salary and Start-up package
(1) 450,000 RMB (about $63,000) pre-tax annual salary (not including academic bonus).
(2) 1,000,000 Yuan RMB (about $141,000) of housing allowance (tax-exempt, including Liaoning and Dalian housing allowance from the government).
(3) 800,000 Yuan RMB (about $113,000) start-up funding.
(4) Funding for hiring six postdoctoral researchers .

崗位條件:

①全口徑工資30+萬/年(不含科研績效);
②安家費50萬(包括學校20萬,大連市30萬*),留連/來連工作并認定為大連市青年才俊,可申請安家費30萬*;

D. Six-year fixed-term Assistant Professor
Job requirements
(1) The successful candidate will be expected to have a relevant PhD degree; influential research achievements and a clear plan for future research.
(2) The applicants are preferably under age 32.

Remunerations and Benefits
(1) 300,000 RMB (about $42,000) pre-tax annual salary (not including research bonus and team performance bonus).

崗位條件:
在國內外知名大學取得博士學位不超過3年,身體健康,具有嚴謹?shù)目茖W態(tài)度和團隊協(xié)作精神,扎實的研究基礎和較強的科研能力,原則上不超過35周歲。聘期2-3年,考核目標明確,具體標準可與學院聯(lián)系人咨詢。
福利待遇:
①全口徑工資25-30+萬/年(不含科研提成和團隊績效);
②出站后,留連工作并認定為大連市青年才俊,可申請安家費30萬*;
③出站后,留連工作并認定為“興遼英才計劃-博士后”,可獲30萬獎勵*。
④優(yōu)秀博士后出站推薦申請大連理工大學助理教授或副教授,可獲安家費50-100萬*;
⑤如入選國家、校級相應人才計劃,在學校待遇基礎上疊加資助(國資計劃A檔資助56萬及科研啟動費8萬、B檔資助36萬、C檔資助24萬;引進計劃資助90萬及安家費3萬);
⑥按照學校預聘師資進行管理,享有學校教職工同等福利待遇,如用餐補助、健康體檢等;
⑦解決子女入托、入學,提供大連市最優(yōu)質的基礎教育資源。

E. Post-doctoral Research Fellow
Job requirements
(1) The successful candidate will be expected to have a relevant PhD degree (received within 3 years); a solid research foundation and strong research capability; academic prudence and team spirit.
(2) The applicants are preferably under age 35.
(3) The appointee shall set clear goals for the performance appraisal during the 2-3-year contract (Please contact the department contact persons for more detailed evaluation standards at the end of the webpage).
Remunerations and Benefits
(1) 250,000-300,000 RMB (about $35,000-$42,000) pre-tax annual salary (not including research bonus and team performance bonus), on a 2-3-year contract.
(2) Outstanding appointees wil be recommended to apply for the teaching positions as assistant professors or associate professors of DUT when the contract ends, lf the application is successful, they can receive 500,000-1,000,000 RMB (about $70,000-$141,000) of housing allowance.
(3) If selected for national and school level talent programs, additional funding will be provided on top of the school's benefits.
Additional Benefit
(1) The appointee may enjoy the same benefits as DUT staff, such as meal subsidies, health examinations, etc.
(2) Opportunity for outstanding appointees to apply for a faculty position when the contract ends.
